Founder story

Building products, then building the company around them.

I'm Yusa Ozturk, an independent product builder based in Türkiye. I work from early product decisions through engineering, launch, and ongoing operations.

What I'm building now

Two products, one operating philosophy.

LeadLumo is a local business web-research product for freelancers and agencies. ticar.io is managed e-commerce infrastructure for small businesses in Türkiye. The markets are different, but the work shares the same foundation: identify a costly problem, reduce operational complexity, and build a product that can keep improving in production.

Today I operate independently and collaborate with a small number of partners. I'm deliberately developing this practice into a product-focused technology company—one that builds its own software businesses and helps selected teams build durable products of theirs.

My engineering background remains central, but it is no longer the whole proposition. I care equally about product clarity, commercial constraints, user experience, maintainability, and the systems needed to operate software responsibly.

Operating principles

How I make product decisions

These principles shape both my own products and the partnerships I choose.

01

Start with the business problem

Technology choices matter, but only after the customer, the constraint, and the commercial model are understood.

02

Keep product and engineering connected

The strongest decisions happen when UX, architecture, operations, and go-to-market are treated as one system.

03

Own what happens after launch

A launch is the beginning of the useful work: observing real behaviour, fixing friction, and improving the product with evidence.

The right next conversation

A serious product, a clear problem, and shared ownership.
